Remember Google, Apple, etc, and GPS units have no way of knowing you are driving a high vehicle and may direct you to routes with low clearances.
This is the best route for high vehicles from the North, South, or West.
If you are approaching from the East use I 270 to Exit 1, (York St, I 76 to Ft Morgan, Grand Junction) exit and follow the Ft Morgan signs East to I 76 Exit 8 (it is the very next exit).
This is the suggested route for all other vehicles to avoid very rough roads, heavy truck traffic, and delays from trains in the vicinity of the refinery.
Avoid routes originating from Interstate 70, Interstate 270, that utilize Vasquez Blvd, or Brighton Blvd specifically but not limited to:
Interstate 70 and Brighton Blvd Low Clearance – 11′ bridge
60th Ave and Vasquez Blvd Low Clearance – 9′ bridge
56th Ave and Vasquez Blvd Heavy truck traffic and train delays
Mill Road/64th Ave and Vasquez Blvd Heavy truck traffic and train delays
